Small world, more like microscopic world. Not sure who fired the first shot on Twitter, but “Balloon Boy” was in the top trending topics less than 12 hours after that balloon hit the ground. This proves one thing, if you screw up you’re going to get found out. This makes it that much harder for any business to do horrible work. This is good for us. As a result, quality will go up. There is no other choice. Meet or exceed our expectations and we’ll say good things. If you fail to do that people are going to hear about it. We are now all restaurant critics.
